FIVE unveils a new three-course set, crafted exclusively for the Lunar New Year season by chef Hiroshi Manaka. Enhance the experience with Hennessy pairing experiences, available from the first pour to the final course.

Lion Dance Performance
17 February, 6PM
Begin with a traditional lion dance to usher in good fortune for the year ahead. Festive surprises will unfold across the precinct throughout the night.
