Join us at Suntory Bar (Prefecture 48) for a one-day-only immersive dining experience where Roku Gin takes centre stage, hosted by Roku Gin and renowned chef Darren Robertson.

In collaboration with Japanese-trained Darren Robertson and Garaku Head Chef Derek Kim, this dining experience brings the Japanese concept of shun to life – the appreciation of each season’s best flavours.

Much like the philosophy behind this menu, Roku Gin celebrates the exceptional flavours of each of Japan’s four seasons at their peak. Meticulously crafted from six unique Japanese botanicals harvested at their peak, Roku delicately layers floral notes with bright citrus and a crisp, spicy finish.

Set within the intimate setting of Suntory Bar and Garaku, guests will be taken on a sensory journey through the four seasons, guided by a light kaiseki-style menu – a traditional Japanese dining experience known for its refined, multi-course structure and reverence for seasonality.

Expect a meticulously curated menu of seasonal dishes, each paired with bespoke Roku Gin cocktails that reflect the flavours, colours and aromas of spring, summer, autumn and winter in Japan.

From delicate sakura-inspired starters to umami-rich winter creations, every course is a tribute to the craftsmanship of Japanese cuisine and cocktail artistry.
