For three exclusive end-of-year seatings on 27, 30 and 31 December, Omakase by Prefecture 48 welcomes back Chef Takashi Yamamoto for a special Wagyu Omakase. A multi-course experience centred on premium wagyu, crafted with the fire-driven technique and precision Chef Taka is known for.

About Chef Taka:
