For two nights only, Melbourne meets Sydney as Circl Wine House travels to FIVE for a special collaboration between Head Chefs Hiroshi Manaka and Elias Salomonsson.
Both kitchens share one belief to let the ingredient lead but each speaks it differently: Hiroshi through Japanese precision and restraint, guided by a wabi-sabi ethos; Elias through Nordic-inspired techniques and expressive flavour.
Across 4 snacks and 5 courses, those two culinary voices are woven into a single menu — sometimes echoing, sometimes pulling apart. From Spanner Crab and Yuba Tart to WA Marron, Murray Cod and Blackmore Striploin, the evening unfolds as one continuous progression of contrast and discovery in technique and flavour, created exclusively for these two nights.
An optional wine pairing will also be available, curated to accompany the collaborative menu.
