GARAKU — A Theatrical 6-Course Kaiseki Experience

Step into an evening of elegance as Garaku presents a luxurious six-course New Year’s Eve menu. The experience includes Garaku’s signature seasonal expressions and a highlight course featuring Takeda 10 Wagyu, accompanied by sansho and sugarloaf cabbage.

FIVE — An 8-Course Modern European Journey

Chef Hiroshi Manaka welcomes the new year with a refined eight-course tasting menu that blends Modern European technique with Japanese finesse. Expect thoughtful restraint, expressive flavours, and a beautifully executed Crudo as one of the menu’s highlights.

OMAKASE —Wagyu Omakase by Chef Takashi Yamamoto

For three exclusive end-of-year seatings on 27, 30 and 31 December, Omakase by Prefecture 48 welcomes back Chef Takashi Yamamoto for a special Wagyu Omakase. A multi-course experience centred on premium wagyu, crafted with the fire-driven technique and precision Chef Taka is known for.
