Suntory Bar Pop-Up at Prefecture 48
For three months only, Whisky Thief transforms into the Suntory Bar—an immersive Japanese pop-up inspired by Tokyo’s lively bar culture and 125 years of Suntory’s legacy in spirits.
Step into the space across two levels within the heritage listed precinct, perfect for after-work Nomikai rituals and weekend catchups. Explore a curated menu of legendary Japanese highballs (Hakushu, Toki, and more), creative cocktails, and BOSS Coffee drinks, alongside exclusive bar snacks crafted by hatted chefs from Prefecture 48.
Don’t miss the signature highball and snack collaboration by acclaimed chefs Tetsuya Wakuda and Derek Kim—a rare opportunity to enjoy Tetsuya’s food in Sydney. The bar also features guest bartender and chef takeovers, limited-edition cocktails, and seasonal menu updates throughout the pop-up.
Booking Info:
Walk-ins welcome; bookings recommended for special events. Book your table via the Prefecture 48 website.
