Is it pick-up only or can you pre-order?

Pick-up and pre-order are available for our cakes, tarts, and other offerings. Simply place your order online or visit us in-store to arrange your collection.

Can you customise the cakes for celebrations eg with birthday name?

Unfortunately, due to the delicate nature of our cakes, we are unable to add custom messages at this time.

How many people does each size of cake feed?

Our cakes are available in three sizes, which feed the following number of people:

Small cake: 1 person

Medium cake: 4 to 6 people

Large cake: 10 to 12 people

What is the storage information for each product?

It varies, please refer to the storage instructions provided on the packaging. Cakes can be stored 24 hours in the fridge.

Does Dear Florence make the desserts for all P48 venues?

Dear Florence offers its unique selection of desserts exclusively and does not provide desserts for all P48 venues. Each of our venues curates its menu to create a distinct experience for guests.

Dietary: Do you have any gluten-free, coeliac-friendly options, nut-free options, dairy-free options, alcohol/gelatine-free or halal options?

Unfortunately, we do not have any of these options at the moment.
